Third-Party Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At Vybe Lyfe / OKNGN Vybe Lyfe Inc, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted third-party manufacturing partner ("the Manufacturer"), who utilizes a network of independent production facilities and shipping carriers. This policy outlines our shipping practices and clarifies the responsibilities related to third-party fulfillment, applicable to customers in Canada and the United States (with additional notes for customers in Europe and Australia in brackets).
Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by the Manufacturer using various third-party logistics and production providers. Fulfillment locations are selected based on product availability and proximity to the shipping destination. This method helps minimize delivery time, reduce environmental impact, and optimize shipping efficiency.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
The Manufacturer partners with reputable shipping carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others to deliver products efficiently. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their shipment’s progress.
Estimated Delivery Times
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please allow for the following estimated timeframes:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as seasonal volume, customs processing, or carrier-related delays.
Delays, Damages, and Lost Shipments
As we rely on third-party shipping services and manufacturers, Vybe Lyfe / OKNGN Vybe Lyfe Inc. is not liable for shipping delays, damage, or loss once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier. However, we will assist in any way we can to resolve such issues. Customers should contact us at admin@okngnvybelyfe.ca for assistance in resolving shipping-related concerns.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and fulfillment location. Each package will have its own tracking number if applicable.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses at the time of order placement. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
International Duties and Taxes
[For European and Australian customers]: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
